I have two questions for you:
I would like to extract form data as name, surname, address, and so on, in a .csv file, from CleanLab contact form. Is this possible? Maybe going by PHPmyAdmin and exporting data from anything table I don’t know?
Since in my company we are using MailPoet rather than MailChimp, are there any problems you know with your theme?

The contact form is a simple mail sending element and it doesn’t store any data in your database. It only sends emails (to you and optionally to the sender). You can extract the data from the emails with an automation of some kind (for example: https://mailparser.io/), but maybe that’s an overkill. Maybe the subscribe element can help you (but it uses Mailchimp 🙂 ) You can add any number of fields (only text field type) and afterwards you could use the Mailchimp tools to extract the data.
However, maybe your best choice would be to use a dedicated contact form plugin. I think that Contact Form 7 can help you achieve this requirement and it also has lots of features that our element doesn’t.
I’m not familiar with MailPoet, but I can see that it provides shortcodes. You can put any shortcode into a Textbox element and it will work. I don’t remember anyone complaining of any incompatibility between MailPoet and our theme, so I would say that you’ll probably have no problem using it. Try putting a simple form in a new PageBuilder page and see if it works. If id doesn’t, give me a link to that page so I can take a look at it.

Thank you Ciprian, I’ll use contact form in order to obtain data I need, and I’m trying to convince my boss to use mailchimp as mail sender
