I really like your theme functions, so I bought it for my studio.
I had issue with the top menu being hidden behind the banner, here’s what I’ve done to debug with no effect:
I’ve completely thrown out all the work I already did customizing the theme, because the top drop down menu was not working.
BARE INSTALL MENU
I created a new WP install with default install of the theme, then created a drop down menu on this bare default install, and the drop downs are hidden behind the slanted page header image.
You can see with Firebug when you select the UL under the menu item that the drop downs are being generated and exist however they’re not showing as they’re hidden behind the default header image.
The drop down from the top menu only works if you completely remove the header image (no featured image for the page)
DUMMY DATA INSTALLED MENU
I then installed your dummy data to see if that would fix it. The dummy data menu now selected, has drop downs which also don’t show.
Still same issue: Templates with no header (like “Freelancer” and “Homepage 3” which have no top header work fine, but any template that has a slanted header (like “Homepage 4, now selected) does not show the top drop down menu because it’s hidden. http://aromawebdesign.ca
Please can you fix? We can’t build the site if the menu won’t work…June 9, 2016 at 12:09 am #5417
Nix my previous post, it suddenly started working.June 9, 2016 at 10:10 pm #5420
Did you find the cause of the problem so you can prevent it in the future? Maybe a cached style file or maybe a child theme style?

We did some server upgrades and installed some scripts, not sure which thing had the impact. Thank you for asking.
One other issue I’m having:
There’s nothing on this page but an empty page and some text.
It seems that the theme is injecting style=”padding-right: 18px;” into the body tag, to compensate for the width of the browser scroll-bar on regular desktop browsers.
However on the phone and tablet, it’s not removing this extra padding, and as a result the padding of 18 px is creating a white gap on the right of the theme banner.
This is happening with every single new page that I create, all of the “demo” pages imported are fine, but every single new page I create, has this but.

My programmer fixed the bug to get rid of the 18 px issue, we don’t need help with it anymore, thanks.
You might want to get it fixed for future releases though.
