Recently when using pagebuilder our lowermost sections on the page being edited started disappearing, and the lowermost sections became unresponsive for any editing apart from deletion. This seem to be happening quite randomly, not specifically linked to when publishing.
We’ve updated all our plugins, and are running the latest version of wordpress. When trying to find how to update to pagebuilder, in case this would be the issue, it seems it comes with cleanlabs?
Have you got any idea what the deletion issue can be/how we can update pagebuilder?October 9, 2017 at 9:39 pm #5939
I don’t fully understand your issue. Are you saying that you have some sections that you can not edit but only delete? How about the elements within these sections? Can you edit them? Are you also saying that these sections disappear even if you don’t publish the page? (I hope not)
Can you make a test page (a copy of an existing page) in which this issue happens and give me access to that page?

So the behaviour is:
1. edit page with pagebuilder
2. make any change on page
3. publish (all looks fine on page)
4. go to a new tab and open the published page, refresh by clearing cache (Using Chrome extension Clear Cache 1.1.2)
5. All of a sudden, bottom sections are no longer there
My best guess is that it might have to do with the responsive slider plugin together with pagebuilder, only based on that this plugin could not be updated successfully. We are checking if we can do what you suggest and give access to a page for testing, will get back to you.
As always, your help is mightily appreciated.October 28, 2017 at 5:56 pm #5942
Did you get the chance to build a test page where I can see the issue?
To what responsive slider are you referring? Is it Revolution Slider plugin? If so, I’ll send you by email the latest version of this plugin and you can manually update it (by overwriting its files in /wp-content/plugins/revslider).

Yep, it’s the revolution slider plugin. It would be great to get the latest version of this to make sure that’s not the issue. Email: email@example.com
For now it’d be great if we got the latest version of revolution slider, we will soon be making new pages and if the issue persists after the update then we can check other approaches.
