Have some problems with revolution slider; Memory limit says currently 64M and Max post size says currently set to 8M. Both are cancelled out. please assist.
Created ftp access as requested
Secondly, I would really appreciate it if you show me step by step how to add the script as described on this page to just before the </Head> tag of any page. If done correctly it should work similar to the custom light box feature on the theme and link any selected text to an external page from that site.
Thanks alot.June 1, 2016 at 10:27 pm #5395This reply has been marked as private.June 2, 2016 at 12:08 am #5400This reply has been marked as private.June 2, 2016 at 9:29 pm #5401This reply has been marked as private.June 4, 2016 at 3:37 pm #5405
I’m back where I left off. And I got the highlighter script to work thanks for the tip.
Here is what displays on the slider revolution panel
Even though the slider works fine and I even created a custom one see here I would prefer the errors disappeared. But I don’t know how to increase those limits.June 5, 2016 at 10:00 pm #5406
That error refers to the amount of memory allocated to your PHP. Try the following:
1. If you have access to your PHP.ini file, change the line in PHP.ini
If your line shows 64M try 256M:
memory_limit = 256M ;
2. If you don’t have access to PHP.ini try adding this to an .htaccess file:
php_value memory_limit 256M
3. Try adding this line to your wp-config.php file:
Increasing memory allocated to PHP
4. Talk to your host.

Well, it depends on your web server. You probably have to manually restart your web server for the settings to be applied.
Since your host did the modifications, they probably restarted the server so you should see the modifications in actions. If they didn’t can you restart your server?
