Hi, can I have a answer for my question?
However I refresh files in folder pagebuilder in themes on my serwer.
It’s very important for me. I don’t work 🙁December 3, 2016 at 1:39 pm #5637
It’s not clear for me where’s the problem. With what plugin you’re having problems? Can you describe the problem in very simple step-by-step info?
What version of WordPress, theme and PHP are you running?
Can you give me access credentials to your site where I can see the issue?
And also, if you have any work done for your site so far, it would be wise to perform a complete backup (files and database). The investigations could break it even more.

I tested one of your pages. There are no errors in your page. Only two warnings that can be eliminated using this fix if you want.
However, that’s not the problem. I don’t know why, but your server doesn’t answer the ajax calls that should bring the element options into the page. There are strong chances that your server records some errors in its logs. Can you check the server logs for any error and give me the details?
Can you temporarily disable the plugins to see if the PageBuilder starts working?

I’ve deleted your theme files and uploaded the theme files again. You had a duplicate pagebuilder1 folder. Just renaming the folder doesn’t make WordPress ignore the files within. You have to delete the folder, or move it outside your WP installation.
This was just a part of the problem though. The main problem is in the database. There is something wrong in your templates data. They are messed up. Did you manually alter contents of the database? I’ve added a check to test if there is something wrong with the templates in one of the files (untitled/framework/pagebuilder/class-page-builder-templates.php) but this fix may eliminate some of your existing templates. I hope that this was the only problem in your database. Can you please check if the pagebuilder works on all of your pages now and if you have any other problem?

I copied the old theme files to my local drive before replacing them with the new files. Did you have any custom modifications in those files? Do you need any of the old files?
I’m referring strictly to the php files. Any modification performed by manually editing the files through ftp or cpanel. The edits performed through WordPress don not affect the files, but only the database (which I didn’t modify).
Thank you for your understanding,
