thx for the Support, with the Update to 1.0.5 it works fine!
With the manual update it worked. How can I turn on the automatic? The plugin “Envato toolkit” I have not found.August 13, 2015 at 9:06 pm #4035
I’m glad to hear that the theme works fine not.
Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about the Envato plugin as this is managed by Envato team. The problem is with a path which is too long. I’m not sure that if we change the theme name the problem would disappear.
However, in the last update, we introduced our own update system in the theme so hopefully you won’t encounter any more problems like this in the future.

I have the same problem, I just can’t edit my website with page builder. I’m using Version: 1.0.1August 14, 2015 at 11:24 am #4041
Since the update to version 1.0.5 the page builder keeps “forgetting” the column widths (6/12, 12/12 etc.) in editor mode, which means that all columns are 100% width with no left or right margin.
This happens each time I refresh the page builder edit page. When I save the page without setting proper column width (even if a column should be 12/12), all columns are 100% width and have no left or right margin.
Happens in both Chrome and FireFox, no JS errors are logged the browser console and no errors are logged in debug.log. This happens with both pages created before and after the update to 1.0.5. The combination of elements on the page doesn’t matter as it also happens with pages that only have one section, one column and one empty textbox.
Have you or others seen this before?
I just compared my files against a fresh copy of themeforest and all my files are up to date. I’m running on WP 4.2.4.August 14, 2015 at 3:14 pm #4042

I’m using version 1.04 and going through the same problem.
When upgrading to version 1.05 using the ‘Update Theme’ tool Envato you receive the following error message:

I also have this same issue in Safari – Page builder won’t load – just keeps spinning. It loads in Firefox and Chrome, but I can’t edit the images or caption on the image slider. When you click the Hanburger icon to edit the image, nothing happens.August 18, 2015 at 10:20 pm #4065
I am sorry to hear you have problems.
I will try to respond to all the problems here :
1. For anyone who has trouble updating to version 1.0.5 , please try to perform a manual update. Currently, the updater plugin and Envato APi has some problems regarding the length of the URL to the new theme version. We are looking at an alternative for their own updater plugin, however, in the meantime, the only way to update the theme is by manually delete the old version on your server, download the new theme version from themeforest and just upload this new version back on your server trough FTP. If you don’t know how to do this, please provide us FTP access to your sites and we will perform the update for you.
2. For anyone having trouble with the 1.0.5 version, please open a new thread on provide us as many details as you can about the problems. We’ve tested the theme locally and couldn’t reproduce the problems so it may be possible that this is an isolated issue ( don’t worry, we will resolve it 😀 )
