As far as I know, there are no incompatibilities with PHP versions following 5.4. I’ve tested the theme up to version 7.1. What PHP version are you using? Have you tried using a different version?
Can you give me access credentials to your site to investigate this issue?

It seems to be a permissions issue. Can you verify if you have write permissions to the /wp-content/uploads folder? I don’t know if this is the only problem though.
I get an internal server error (code 500) when I try to do different actions. This is a general error that can have many causes. You have to check your server’s logs for more details about this.
Let me know what you find out.

I apologize for the delay. The notification from your post got sent to the spam folder and I was unaware of it.
Did you manage to solve the issue meanwhile? I logged into your site and I was able to add and edit PageBuilder elements without problem.
If the problem isn’t solved, please tell me a step-by-step scenario to reproduce the issue. Try clearing your browser’s cache. You can also try a different browser to see if the problem is related to the browser or any plugin installed into your browser.
