I see that you are not using the latest version of our theme. But you probably updated WordPress to a version higher than 4.5. I cannot verify that because I get a 403 Forbidden error when trying to access your admin interface.
If you cannot perform the update because you have made custom changes to the theme, at least try to manually implement the changes detailed here: http://support.themefuzz.com/support/topic/wordpress-4-5-compatibility-fix/#post-5290
Please perform a full backup before modifying anything.
Let me know if this fix is sufficent.

Try again to login:

I still get the Forbidden error when accessing the login page.
I see that the error related to WP 4.5 incompatibility has disappeared, but you still have some errors in your page. `Uncaught ReferenceError: Zepto is not defined
Do you have an advertising plugin? Do you know to what plugin is this error related (this Zepto library is not used by our theme)? Can you disable that plugin and see if the issue with the PageBuilder is solved?

Even after deactivating every plugin on the site still no luck and page builder won’t add new design or edit existing.
Also now you have access to the wp-admin (Customer server was closed if not from Israel).

I logged on to your site and tried the PageBuilder in several pages. It works fine for me. Can you tell me on what pages/elements it doesn’t work?
I deactivated my browser AdBlock plugin and that removed an error from your site, but the error with “Zepto is not defined” remains. I investigated further and found the culprit. It’s the plugin called SoSlider – Social Slider for WordPress. However, even if it generates that error, it doesn’t seem to break any functionality of the theme. As I told you, I am able to edit elements or add new elements into the pages even if that error is present.
