I tried to import Dummy Data but the process return: “The dumy data could not be imported. Your server block the process”

I don’t understand. I buyed Support. The buton in ThemeFuzz for Support seems to go to the same page. Finally I found that this is the page to put an incident. I put it 4 days and more ago and I don’t have any responses yet. Can anybody of Support answer please?

I sincerely apologize for the late reply. As stated on the Themeforest site, I was on a vacation till 10th of June and afterwards I constantly had problems with DOS (Denial Of Service) attacks on both support and demo sites. These attacks made the sites unusable.
If you didn’t manage to import the dummy data by now, you can try one of the following suggestions:
– the site where you want to import the dummy data must be connected to internet. There are some things that need to be downloaded from our site
– check your server error logs for a more specific error
– try increasing the following variables in your php.ini file:
upload_max_filesize = 200M,
post_max_size = 64M,
max_execution_time = 300
Let me know if any of those work.
The dummy data should be imported in an empty site. Otherwise, some of your work might be lost.
Also, after the dummy data import and Revolution Slider plugin installation, you have to use the plugin’s options to import the sliders that are provided as zip files in the download package.
