Found the instruction http://support.themefuzz.com/support/topic/google-maps-api-error-missingkeymaperror/ for connection to the Google API, followed it and it worked! Until I added a child-theme… Again the same error as described in the other topic. Changed back to the original Untitled theme with the two updated files, not working. Changed back to the child theme, still not working. Replaced the files again, nothing. Even tried another API-key (that is correct working on a whole different theme), nope…
I really don’t know how to fixe this anymore, any suggestions? You mentioned something about a ‘experimental setting’ but I cannot find that anywhere in the Google Maps element (child theme), might that be part of the solution?

That experimental check should appear if you correctly updated the php file. However, that will not solve the issue. Did you try clearing your browser’s cache? It seems more of a caching problem. Besides the API Key error, is there another error in your console? Can you give me a link to your page to take a look?
